Artist David Ilan Needs 250,000 Votes to Start a Portrait of Michael Jackson. Please vote on the supportjacksonportrait link below if interested.

David Ilan is a celebrity artist who uses only hand-drawn dots to create his portraits, a technique called pointillism. He has worked with some of the biggest celebrities in the world for over a decade. Millions of people will be getting a free dot in Michael Jackson's portrait on a first come, first served basis. But he will only begin drawing once he has received 250,000 votes.

Please go to http://supportjacksonportrait.com/ for the necessary information.

If 250,000 fans vote in support of the Michael Jackson Portrait project here, the drawing will begin. A dedicated website will be created so people can sign up for their free dot. People will be able to attach a message to their dot if they choose. Every time someone signs up, a dot will be hand drawn in the work of art in their name. People will be able to go online to see the portrait as it evolves toward completion and read some of the messages. At least one million fans will be needed to complete the drawing, so it’s important to spread the word!
David Ilan hopes to receive the 250,000 by Michael Jackson's birthday, 8/29th.
