Milton (Soupy Sales) Supman (January 8, 1926-October 22, 2009)




Soupy Sales was an American comedian, actor, and radio/tv personality and host. He was best known for his local and network children's show, Lunch with Soupy Sales, a series of comedy sketches frequently ending with Soupy receiving a pie in his face which became his trademark.



Milton (Soupy Sales) Supman was born in Franklinton, North Carolina, and died of complications related to a recent fall backstage at a local Emmy awards show in New York.

Oh he was so fun and gracious! I remember watching him with my parents on tv.
