Recently, I found a quarter once per week in the last month.
One I found on the sidewalk; one on my boyfriend's car rooftop (don't ask!); and the third on the steps to my home. (I'm not counting any I've found in my home.)
Thinking it was mere coincidence for every quarter found, I'd received, in some way, a monetary return:
One week, a rebate;
Another, $200.00 from my bank;
The third, a check for $500.00.
What does the next quarter have to offer, I wonder? Or am I jinxing myself for not keeping this between the universe and me?

It is telling you to buy a lottery ticket asap! You seem to be smiled upon from above! :)
hahaha, Enzie! Perhaps I should! ;)
I remember that rainy day. And Enzie might be right.
David
It was pouring! ;)
i say shout it from the roof tops!
that's great karma...
It was, but it didn't stop you. LOL
You think, Larry? Will keep you quartered! ;)
LOL, David! :))
Great choice of music with this post Petra.
You Rock!!....G
hahaha! Rocking all of the time here, G-man! My name dictates! ;))
LOL Petra! Do you pick up pennies too? K.
It's really interesting you bring that up, K.! Because I haven't noticed pennies, just quarters! If I saw a penny, I'd pick it up! My niece refuses to! I think it's silly! "It's embarrassing," she says! "Wait until you need one," I say!
LOL Very true! K.
Ooooooh this sounds like your on to something! Unless it's that saying that things happen in 3's? Hmmm time will tell this week as it's only Monday!
hahaha, Janeen! Another way of looking at it, for sure! It has become an adventure! :))
I would say it is a departed loved one. They usually leave pennies.
I didn't know that, ML's! It's a lovely thought! :))
I'm going to start looking for quarters!
oh I love Mary Lou's comment
I didn't know that either
as for you - I say smile at the universe and enjoy
hahaha, MZ! I was ready to write something which sounded like a chinese proverb in a fortune cookie! "May your quarters bring much prosperity!" :))
Isn't it a beautiful thought, Dianne? And thank you for your lovely sentiment! :))
