The way to go for all reconstruction? A resounding yes!

Wow.. So why haven't people been doing this before? As the vid says, we homeowners do it! Small firms do it! Schools do it. Even old factories and churches etc are revamped here for living accommodation if the shell is of historical interest.

What an extraordinary waste when they tear things down to start completely afresh. Good for these people to take a new angle and re-use the pieces. And it's beautiful, too!

Great news item. :)

Hi Jay! Wholeheartedly agree! The tear everything down and throw it away concept is becoming anitiquated! There's been nothing and there is nothing wrong with recycling; even on that scale! This was a wonderful example! :))

Hi K.! If they're smart, consciencious, and earth friendly, just think, they can even save money! ;)

Isn't it, Sandy! Thanks bubbala! :))
