Young @ Heart (A Documentary)

This 2008 documentary blew me away!

"Coldplay, the Clash and Jimi Hendrix will never sound the same once you've heard the Young@Heart chorus, a group of Massachusetts senior citizens who thrill audiences worldwide with their unusual -- and unusually poignant -- covers of rock songs. Stephen Walker's humane and heartwarming documentary, which premiered at Sundance in 2008, follows the elderly ensemble as they prepare their new show."

These seniors have the most drive and heart!

May we all stay forever young!

LOL LOL LOL! I am sitting here busting a gut laughing because I about fell over when he said they were going to help that gentleman who needed to pass a kidney stone! ha ha And then the line where he says the movie is 78 years in the making.... Oh my gut hurts from all this laughing!

Seriously though, this is just so precious, I LOVE IT! You always find the best stuff to share. I'm going to search out this documentary now, I've got to see the whole thing. Oh sigh... I need to go lie down now and rest. ha ha

My speakers died so I can't hear it. I'll have to come back after I get a new set and listen to this.

P.S. I'm glad your feeling better my friend!
