The following are samplings of a movement of individuals who consider living and dressing in another time period -- full-time!
Which period do you believe you'd time warp to?
Me? I'd need a time machine to decide! ;)

Interested in TimeWarping? Many are going back into the past, dressing up the part, and living in it.

Well, I can definitely see myself as a gentleman of yonder years. But to dress up like like that all of time. I don't think so.
David :)
I couldn't either, but I'd definitely love to visit different time periods. There are so many I'd love to visit! :))
I can see you the as a great lady during pre-civil war South. ;)
Really? Thank you! I can see myself as one of Jane Austen's heroines; esp. Elizabeth Bennett. ;)
I can see that. :)
Hilarious! I'd dress up in empire waisted dresses and speak my mind! :))
You do that already quite nicely in jeans. ;)
hahaha! Hilarious! :))
:)
Oh I can't decide between the Regency and Edwardian eras! Hmmmm
What the hey, Janeen! Live dangerously! Try both out for size! ;)
That looks fun!
Me? I've always been fascinated by the Regency period. Seems it was a strange time, politically, and as is so often the way, the general population went a little mad. LOL! Only a little though.
But it's particularly fascinating to me how the upper echelons of society lived at that time, in their rarified atmosphere, with their own, very strange habits of where to live and when, and what and how to eat etc. Not sure I like the way they practiced 'medicine' though. I probably wouldn't have survived childhood! LOL!
Interesting points you make, Jay! Yes, there's the glamorous side of a period we'd like to see, but if one wasn't rich then, since there was no middle class, I can't imagine being that poor. Only if I were in From Hell with Johnny Depp! ;)
I love to dress up once in a while, but couldn't really pin point a particular era. Maybe the one where people wore the best fashions?!
Anyhow, I have been really busy as you can tell from my infrequent posting and blog visits. Thanks for stopping by though. I always appreciate your visits and hope to do the same soon :)
Hugs~
I can see you in anything, Enzie, even a burlap sak! ;)
No worries, Enzie! I can only imagine your schedule! :))
