An electric car, the Roadster, if you've got $100,000. Where's the incentive for the average consumer to buy besides leasing?

I thought I'd post that there are electric cars out there, K. Tesla claims the cost of the battery alone is thousands of dollars. It sure isn't an incentive for people who are out of work, despite that one can lease it! I'm going to do more research for less expensive. I wonder if they exist!
agreed same with my home solar soooo expensive
My brother's is too, Sandy! And he says the same! The powers that be are making it harder to go alternative, for sure!
