SUNDAY IS FOR POETRY: Body Art for Cosmos

Raindrops in light
Drench my newborn body
Soak my heart
Ruby red streaks
torso, legs, feet
Orange crush seeps
mouth, chin, neck
Lemon saturated hair
Falling emeralds
cover bosom
Azurite tumbling below
Indigos mingling with
violets
Balletic gravitation
to untouched bareness
A nova in the darkness.

So sensory. I felt it all over! And it brought to mind my 2 little screaming newborns. You are so talented!
